COMMUNITY HUDDLE CELEBRATES BLACK HISTORY MONTH

MILWAUKEE -- Community Huddle will celebrate black history month by hosting its 'B. Marshall Scholar Young S/Heroes' Certificate Ceremony awarding scholars for excellence in academics, attendance, conduct, and leadership.

Rev. Byron Marshall & Community Huddle will honor the contributions of African-Americans and history-makers, both past and present, at the ceremony, and will also feature guest speakers: Milwaukee County Sheriff Dr. Denita Ball, and Milwaukee Assistant Fire Chief Joshua Parrish, who are both black history-makers in their own right.

The event will take place on Tuesday, February 24th at 10:00 am, and will be held at Samuel Clemens School, 3600 W Hope Ave, Milwaukee, WI.
